What to Expect at Goat Yoga
Expect a relaxed, joyful experience where yoga meets laughter and a little farm magic. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and designed for all comfort levels—no prior yoga experience required. We move through gentle poses at an easy pace, with plenty of room to pause, smile, and enjoy the moment.
The goats are free to roam, which means they may wander over to say hello, curl up beside you, or even climb onto your mat. Their playful curiosity is part of the experience and often the highlight of the class.
Classes typically last about an hour and include time for stretching, breathing, and connecting—followed by opportunities to interact with the goats, take photos, and soak in the peaceful farm setting.
Come dressed comfortably, bring a yoga mat (or towel), and arrive ready to laugh, relax, and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
